Medical Cannabis Appointments

Eligibility for Refunds:

If you are not approved for medical cannabis by the provider through MichiganCannabis.org, you are eligible for a 100% money-back guarantee for your certification appointment.

To get a refund because you didn't get certified, you must have attended the appointment with the medical provider. (“No-Show” appointments are non-refundable)

Scope of Service Rendered:

Once you have been approved by a provider through MichiganCannabis.org, our service is considered fully rendered, and you will no longer be eligible for a refund.

State Denials and Ineligibility:

We want to make it clear that if the state organization for medical cannabis denies your application or you are ineligible to apply as a medical patient, we are unable to issue a refund for your certification appointment. Our refund policy only covers the provider's approval process.

Cancellations, Missed, and Unconfirmed Appointments:

To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel your booked appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments, appointments that did not fill out an intake form and did not cancel the booking at least 24 hours in advance, or same-day cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
