Medical Cannabis Appointments

Eligibility for Refunds:

If you are not approved for medical cannabis by the provider through, you are eligible for a 100% money-back guarantee for your certification appointment.

To get a refund because you didn't get certified, you must have attended the appointment with the medical provider. (“No-Show” appointments are non-refundable)

Scope of Service Rendered:

Once you have been approved by a provider through, our service is considered fully rendered, and you will no longer be eligible for a refund.

Payment Plan for Medical Cannabis Certification Appointments: may offer flexible payment options for our patients seeking medical cannabis certification.

4 Pay: This option allows patients to pay for their certification appointment in 4 payments, making the process more affordable to those in need.

Eligibility and Payment Structure:

Patients opting for this payment method will be required to pay a deposit at the time of booking the appointment. The remaining balance will be divided into three equal installments, due on the 1st day of the 3 following months, until paid off.

Refund Policy for Payment Plan:

If a patient is not approved for medical cannabis by the provider, they are eligible for a 100% refund of all payments made towards the certification appointment, including any installments paid prior to the decision.

Once a patient has been approved by a provider, the service is considered fully rendered. At this point, the patient is responsible for the payment of any remaining installments, as per the agreed payment plan, and will no longer be eligible for a refund.

In the case of appointment cancellations, the standard cancellation policy applies. To be eligible for a refund of the initial payment and any subsequent installments, appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments, or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, will result in forfeiture of the amount paid to date and the obligation to complete any remaining payments.

Annual Certification Payment Plan

One of the convenient appointment certification payment options is an Annual Certification Payment Plan (ACPP).

If the annual certification membership is chosen, your subscription renews automatically on a month-to-month basis. In order to be eligible for a prepaid appointment, all monthly payments on the account must be current.

How to Cancel my Annual Certification Payment Plan

You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting Appointment Customer Support listed at the bottom of the original Appointment Confirmation email.

State Denials and Ineligibility:

We want to make it clear that if the state organization for medical cannabis denies your application or you are ineligible to apply as a medical patient, we are unable to issue a refund for your certification appointment. Our refund policy only covers the provider's approval process.

Cancellations, Missed, and Unconfirmed Appointments:

To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel your booked appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments, appointments that did not fill out an intake form and did not cancel the booking at least 24 hours in advance, or same-day cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
