After creating an account, you will be required to upload the written certification for cannabis use, a copy of your digital photograph, and a copy of your photo ID, such as a State of Michigan driver's license. You must also pay a non-refundable application fee of $40. The MMMP will consider your application within 15 business days after its completion.
